All You Wanted to Know And More

Shipping Info

Shipping is done through USPS Priority Mail and orders are processed within 1-4 business days. Once shipped orders will arrive within 1-3 days pending any postal delays that are out of my control. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped.

In case anyone is unaware, Arizona is very warm. So due to this fact, shipping during the summer months is done so at the buyers risk. I will include an ice pack for all orders shipped from May-August. However, that does not guarantee the product will arrive in the original shape it was intended to be. While it may not be the most appealing to look at after it has endured the hot summer heat, I can guarantee that it will still taste delicious. If this is something you’re concerned about, you can pick up your order from the local farmers market or contact me to arrange for local delivery. Or you can simply eat the semi-melted treat with your eyes closed and you'll probably be none the wiser.

Storing

The caramels can be stored a variety of ways depending on your preference. They can be left out at room temperature, kept in the refrigerator or even frozen if you'd like to ensure freshness and really savor the flavor (or simply to slow you down from consuming them all at once). They are good for up to 4 weeks left out and up to 4 months in the refrigerator. Should the caramels become too soft at any time simply put them in the refrigerator for a little bit to restore them to the consistency you prefer.

Ingredients and Allergen Info

The ingredients for the Original Sea Salt Caramel are: Butter, Half and Half, Sugar, Corn Syrup and Sea Salt. Each of the other flavors has this same base ingredient list plus the addition of a variety of add-ins. Please see each product page for other ingredient info.

The caramels themselves are gluten free by nature (minus a few of the Flavor of the Month options). And of the four  year round flavors all but Pecan are nut free. They are however made in a kitchen that processes peanuts, tree nuts, wheat, eggs, milk, and soy. While I strive to not have any cross-contamination I can't make any guarantees. Please email for questions.

Local Pick up/Delivery

If you are located in the East Valley, free local delivery is available. If you'd like delivery but are not located in the East Valley (but are still located in the Greater Phoenix area) please send me an email to coordinate options. There will be a $5 fee for all deliveries outside of the East Valley (Tempe, Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert)
